30-Day Returns

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
2. We’ll email you return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

• Electronics must be returned complete, with all packaging and accessories.
• Installed, used or custom-cut items (such as rope, chain or wire) may not be returnable.
• Hazardous materials such as flares, paints and chemicals cannot be returned by mail.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
